Industry Organization Initiatives

DeNA is proactively involved in various industry organizations to foster an environment where customers can use services safely and promote the sound development of the industry.

Keidanren (Japan Business Federation)

The Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) is a comprehensive economic organization with the mission to draw upon the vitality of corporations, individuals and local communities to contribute to the sustainable development of the Japanese economy and improvement in the quality of life for the Japanese people.
At DeNA we agree with this mission, and our Founder & Executive Chairman Tomoko Namba in her role as the Vice-President of the Keidanren as well as DeNA as a company cooperate with other member companies in various activities such as proposing systemic reforms, including regulatory reforms to solve social issues.

Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA)

The Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA) engages in activities to promote the computer entertainment industry and contribute to the sound development of that industry & the improvement of people’s lives in Japan by conducting surveys and research, dissemination and awareness-raising, and other activities related to the computer entertainment industry.
CESA merged with the Japan Social Game Association (JASGA) on April 1, 2015. In addition to traditional console games, the game industry has seen remarkable expansion and evolution in the field of network games offered on various smart devices, and CESA is committed to covering these business areas widely, providing safe, secure, and high-quality content and services to consumers, and contributing to the development of the industry.
DeNA agrees with these activities, and proactively participates in various activities as a board member company of the organization.

Mobile Content Forum (MCF)

The Mobile Content Forum (MCF) aims to encourage the sound development of the digital content and services industry, and to do so supports the industry by building smooth relationships with consumers and related organizations, aiming for coexistence and co-prosperity with society. At the same time, the MCF aims to make this industry one capable of supporting the future of Japan, and to further that goal supports the creation of various business models by utilizing new technologies based on user needs and helps develop new markets, including overseas markets.
DeNA agrees with these activities, and proactively participates in various activities as a board member company of the organization to support the sound development of the industry.

Mobile Content Forum (MCF)

Japan Internet Safety Promotion Association (JISPA)

Japan Internet Safety Promotion Association (JISPA) engages in activities to contribute to the creation of a private sector-led good internet use environment through promoting better overall literacy, promoting private sector initiatives, and compiling insights related to establishing the internet use environment in order to establish a good internet use environment that is led by the private sector.
DeNA participates in this association as a founder member, and cooperates with various activities, such as the high school student ICT conference.

Social Media Association of Japan (SMAJ)

The Social Media Association of Japan (SMAJ) works at the center of an industry-wide effort incorporating online communication service and online app providers to address various issues in social media, including the victimization of minors on social networking services, etc.
DeNA has participated since the foundation of the association, and cooperates with various association activities, such as study sessions and seminars, to promote a sound industry.

Creator Economy Association

The Creator Economy Association was established in 2021 under the mission to “Create a social environment to support creators, ensuring their activities are conducted freely and safely.”
We are collaborating with the association to create an environment where broadcasters and other creators can focus on creating with ease, and engage in a variety of activities to contribute to encouraging the spread of creative activities and development of culture.
