FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

DeNA is included in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index.
The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is designed as a sector-neutral benchmark that reflects the performance of Japanese companies demonstrating specific Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices in each sector. The index is constructed by the global index provider FTSE Russell.

FTSE Russell confirms that DeNA Co., Ltd. has been independently assessed according to the index criteria, and has satisfied the requirements to become a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index. The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.

MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index

DeNA has been selected for the MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index. The MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN) is an index built on select companies with superior gender diversity in their industry, based on MSCI-developed gender diversity scores. DeNA has also been selected for the MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index Select Index.

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

DeNA was selected for the S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index, an environmental index jointly developed by the Tokyo Stock Exchange Group and S&P Dow Jones Indices.
This index measures the performance of companies in the TOPIX for their disclosure of environmental information and carbon efficiency (level of carbon emissions per unit of revenue) and deciding the weight depending on their standard of performance.

CDP認証

CDP is a global non-profit that runs the world's only independent environmental information disclosure system. DeNA was rated with a "C" score for Climate Change in 2025, reflecting the data provided in our response to the CDP questionnaire.

2026 Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health (White 500)

DeNA was selected for the 10th consecutive year as a 20265 Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health (White 500), under a program jointly run by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, in recognition of DeNA’s initiatives to enhance employee health.
This program highlights outstanding large enterprises and SMEs that have been implementing initiatives to address regional health issues and initiatives based on the health promotion efforts of Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
In particular, DeNA was highly evaluated for its "proactive well-being initiatives" that go beyond traditional "defensive health management" by integrating data-driven analysis from our business operations with our expertise in entertainment. In FY2025, we received high marks in objective evaluation indicators for "promoting communication among employees" and "addressing health issues specific to women." These results are a testament to our continuous evolution over the past decade, driven by the dual goals of enhancing both individual and organizational performance.
DeNA was also selected as a KENKO
Investment for Health in 2019, 2020, and 2024.

DeNA has been certified under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next Generation Children, and granted the right to use the kurumin mark, a symbol of a company supporting childcare. DeNA proactively promotes the creation of an environment where employees are able to perform to the fullest within a limited amount of time, even in a variety of life events such as childbirth, childcare, child rearing, as well as family nursing, caregiving, and personal health and wellness.

Certified as a Sports Yell Company

DeNA has been certified as a Sports Yell Company by the Japan Sports Agency for the second consecutive year. This recognition is a result of our proactive initiatives to promote sports, which are aimed at improving employee health and wellness. This certification system acknowledges companies that actively engage in promoting sports for employee health, extending beyond competitive athletics.

Awarded Top Prize in Well-being CUSTOMER CENTER AWARD 2025

The DeNA Customer Support Center was awarded the top prize for four years running in the Well-being CUSTOMER CENTER AWARD 2025 Large-Scale Center division. This award is held by Proseed Division, Funai Consulting Incorporated with the aim of helping people engaged in the customer service industry to take pride in their work and increase the level of happiness in their lives. The results of a survey (Well-being Diagnosis) based on items that have a high correlation with the level of happiness of people working in customer centers are compiled for each center, ranked, and awards are presented to the top-ranking organizations.
