DeNA Group Procurement Policy

The DeNA Group believes that in procurement activities, it is essential to work closely with trusted suppliers to build sound and sustainable partnerships. The DeNA Group’s aim is not only to achieve fair and transparent transactions but also to collaborate with our suppliers to address social and environmental challenges and contribute to creating a sustainable society.

Based on this philosophy, the DeNA Group has formulated the "DeNA Group Procurement Policy" (hereinafter referred to as this "Policy") and will conduct its procurement activities in accordance with this Policy.

We kindly ask all suppliers to understand the purpose and content of this Policy, in conjunction with the "DeNA Group Partner Guidelines," and to extend your cooperation.

1. Compliance with Laws and Fair Trading

In its procurement activities, the DeNA Group complies with applicable domestic and international laws and regulations and conducts fair, transparent, and appropriate transactions. We will not engage in any transactions with antisocial forces and will eliminate any benefits to such groups. Corruption in any form, including bribery, graft, and embezzlement, as defined under applicable laws and regulations domestically and abroad, is strictly prohibited.

2. Human Rights and Labor

In its procurement activities, the DeNA Group respects the fundamental human rights of all individuals. As stated in the "DeNA Group Human Rights Policy," we will eliminate all human rights violations, including forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and harassment, and will not tolerate complicity in human rights abuses. Furthermore, we will ensure a safe and hygienic working environment and promote the creation of an environment where workers can work with peace of mind.

3. Climate Change and Environment

The DeNA Group regards environmental conservation as a critical responsibility and conducts procurement activities with environmental consideration. As stated in the "DeNA Group Environmental Policy," we strive to reduce our environmental impact in all aspects of our business activities, including the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the conservation of resources.

The DeNA Group treats information security as a vital responsibility in its procurement activities and implements appropriate information management. We comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding all personal and confidential information of customers, employees, and business partners, ensuring proper management and protection, and taking measures to defend against threats such as unauthorized access and cyberattacks.
